Saying words out loud is often the way we begin to understand what we truly think and feel.

When we’re worried or have something we’re struggling with, thinking and talking it through with someone who is neither family nor a friend is a step to finding a way to tackle it or come to terms with it.

I frequently meet clients who, initially in therapy, feel uneasy about everything. They aren’t sure where to start, or know what to expect once they begin.

Private time in therapy is having a place to speak freely. Where you can describe feelings that don’t seem right and things that don’t appear to make sense.

Your willingness to say what you think is the beginning of the way forward and I will work with you to find the words that describe how it is.
